What filter technologies are used in the multi-function touch screen desktop water purifier?

The multi-function touch screen desktop water purifier integrates three advanced filter technologies, each of which plays a vital role to ensure that users can get clean, safe and healthy drinking water. PP filter element, also known as polypropylene melt-blown filter element, is the first line of defense in the water purifier. It uses non-toxic and odorless polypropylene particles, which are heated, melted, sprayed, pulled, and received to form a tubular filter element. The pore size range of this filter element is usually 15 microns (there are also finer ones up to 110 microns), which can effectively block large particles of impurities in the water, such as silt, rust, suspended matter, insect eggs, etc. PP filter elements have high filtration efficiency, are relatively cheap, and are easy to replace. They are an indispensable component of water purifiers.
CTO filter element, that is, activated carbon filter element, is the second filtration barrier in the water purifier. Activated carbon is a porous carbon-containing substance that has a strong adsorption capacity and can adsorb odors, discoloration, residual chlorine, halogenated hydrocarbons and organic matter in water that are harmful to the human body. Activated carbon filters are made of a variety of materials, including fruit shells (such as coconut shells), coal, wood, etc. Among them, coconut shell activated carbon is favored because of its smaller particles, more developed pore structure, and stronger adsorption capacity. CTO filter elements can not only improve the taste and odor of water, but also effectively remove residual chlorine in water and protect subsequent RO filter elements from chemical damage.
RO filter element, that is, reverse osmosis filter element, is the core component of water purifiers. It uses reverse osmosis technology, through the selective permeability of the semi-permeable membrane, only allowing water molecules to pass through, while preventing soluble salts, colloids, microorganisms, organic matter and other impurities in the water from passing through. The pore size of the RO filter element is extremely small, about 0.0001 microns, which is equivalent to one millionth of a hair, so it can filter out almost all impurities and bacteria, viruses and other substances in tap water. The desalination rate of the RO filter element is as high as 98%, which can ensure that the water output is pure enough to meet the user's demand for high-quality drinking water.
By integrating these three filter technologies into one filter, the multifunctional touch screen desktop water purifier not only achieves comprehensive and efficient filtration of water quality, but also greatly simplifies the structure and operation process of the water purifier. Users can easily obtain clean, safe and healthy drinking water by simply setting and operating through the touch screen. In addition, this integrated design also improves the stability and durability of the water purifier, reducing maintenance costs and difficulty of use.
